I again asked him if there was any word on my case a few days ago... it is now Friday Oct 29 with no response back on my issue. He HAS received my PM's and emails>>>Jamespember seems to have disappeared off the face of the planet.

jamespember I just noticed ,as others have mentioned, reward vouchers are not taken from the older rewards points earned... they seem to be taken from the latest points earned... you would think that the points would be taken from purchase points about to expire and not from newer points... sent DM with snapshot of what occurred after purchasing respire. Feature request> please consider adding more devices/refills in the rewards store... I own most that are there... I think I am missing about 9, but own all the others> I am not interested in the few I have not already purchased> so unless more content is added I will lose the points I have, starting at the end of this month... which was where I thought the points would be subtracted from for the $75 voucher I got for respire.

This applies to me too. Made a voucher on the day 3 points were to expire, showed 10 points left. A day or so later, it went down to 7 points. And I still show points about to expire at the end of Nov, the oldest points in my balance. I realize it's only 3 points, but that represents a $60 purchase, not insubstantial. Where are the voucher points being pulled from? YES , jamespember stated to me in a message it should be the oldest., and if it isn't doing that it is something that must be fixed. I sent screenshots of transaction today... So he is now aware of the issue happening in some if not all accounts. There are a few bugs in the reward section they are aware of now. It will likely take some time to calculate the proper points for those affected imo... since >>>> as I said earlier... they have bigger fish to fry at the moment. Still waiting for an explanation of why I lost 3 points after I redeemed a 100 point voucher on the last day those 3 points were valid. And I would really like to know if I'm going to lose more points on Nov 28 and Dec 29th. Where did the 100 points for the voucher get pulled from?

I had the same problem, lost 2 valid points directly after redeeming 75 points. Kudos to Reason Support. I contacted them on the weekend about this, and James wrote back yesterday. My case is 'on hold', and I'm looking forward to a response and a resolution.

Try bringing the issue up on the day of the change literally an hour after the change and reporting it as an issue. No kudos at all it has taken more than 4 weeks to get to the point of recognising an issue and it will likely take another 4 weeks or more for the issue to be resolved.
It is not too much of an ask for people or things to be the best version of itself!

Yep, lost 3 more points, after redeeming 100 last month. At this rate I'll owe them money by the end of December.
