Developing Rack Extensions

Has anyone here actually played with the SDK or built a Rack Extension? I just downloaded the SDK and am reading the sparse documentation on developer.reasonstudios.com, but I want more. Has anyone found any guides/videos for new Reason developers?

The SDK is rather basic, but pongasoft has created some really great tools to get one started quickly and is also working on a graphical RE designer: viewtopic.php?f=61&t=7528097

This is curious - although I didn't search around the developer section yet.

But I definitely want any REs I'll develop, to be coded from the ground.
