Just a shoutout to Lectric Panda. I have literally not manually played a note since picking up the amazing Evolution player, and I even picked up Joseph Schillinger's books to learn more about the theory behind the Player. Holler if you need any testers for your newfangled Aggregate Music System, I'm sure it's not gonna disappoint!

Evolution and QuadNoteGenerator, also by LectricPanda but marketed as a Reason product, are my two favourite Players. Sequencers like Korde and PSQ-1684 are amazing. And LectricPanda makes great CV devices too, like Shape, ZFO, Janitor, and CVPTap.

I have to agree. Spending an afternoon with the trial version of Evolution had me hooked! It was an easy buying decision.wendallsan wrote: ↑12 Aug 2021Just a shoutout to Lectric Panda. PSQ-1684 is great, I wish it’d had a GUI refresh, it’s too crowded and « lo résolution ». I wonder how it renders in 12huggermugger wrote: ↑12 Aug 2021Evolution and QuadNoteGenerator, also by LectricPanda but marketed as a Reason product, are my two favourite Players. I'd love to see some video tutorials dedicated to Evolution. I've been using it a lot, but feel like I've gotten into a bit of a rut with it and haven't yet unlocked its full potential. Would love to get some new ideas

It's hard to overstate how much Lectric Panda's sequencers have done for my music. Kompulsion in particular. They're a workhorse I've built live performances around (e.g. my latest song thread posted here), while also allowing me to create much more adventurous material.

Kompulsion is the greatest arpeggiator/sequencer I’ve ever used.
I agree.
Yeah.... I would echo all the compliments made here. Love LP and everything they/he release. LP products are amazing! Much Love <3

I've said it before, Panda is Reason's spirit animal. He's chosen to stay down in the mines that Props abandoned years ago, because he knows that's where the most powerful resources of creativity and inspiration are uncovered.
His devices cover the nerd group of users. A group maybe too niche for RS to develop further devices but where they are coming from IMHO. I mean why would you ever develop an environment with a rack and CV cabling if not for the nerds?loopeydoug wrote: ↑19 Aug 2021I've said it before, Panda is Reason's spirit animal. Torsion, Torsion, Torsion, Torsion, Torsion, Torsion, Torsion, Torsion, Torsion, TORSION!
My ABSOLUTE favorite sonic Rack Extension! Turns ANY sample into the SILLIEST of putty! And it's just a fun knob turner, with my favorite knob being the "Jitter" knob. I call it the "Voodoo" knob.
I just blindly load 6 samples and start tweaking and I ALWAYS create something usable. Or I roll the dice and put my fate in the Panda's hands. It doesn't take many rolls to land on a winner.
Thank you, so much, for this awesome tool, big homie!

My Shootout. PSQ 1684 is absolute great in use. Friends of HW Eurorack should take a closer look at this.
One question. In Reasonrack VST how can i send the gate signal to the sequencer? With the Midi modul it only sends CC messages.
Is there a way to send gate or events?
