Correct again.Peter wrote:I don't see anything in the rules about being restricted to stock patches. My first submission used both stock patches and my own sounds. Using your own sounds is part of the sound design process. We'll see what Noel has to say.Ocean of Waves wrote:If the whole premise of this RE is that you can load any audio into it, why not allow to do just that? Why restrict it to patches that come with it?

Nice, Jarre-ish melody. Or more accurately, Adelbert Von Deyen.
Interesting that so far, most pieces are more melodic than sound effect. Not what I expected with the nature of the synth.

Here is another one. Sounds were exclusively sourced from Benedict's 500 Reasons ReFill and bounced to wav before being imported and mangled in Proton. Melodic Techno.

Hey Guys, new to Reasontalk and will definitely be staying here since this forum is a goldmine for reason users. This was my first time using Proton and it's been a blast! Hope you guys enjoy it! (Everything apart from Drums is the Proton Synthesizer)
Here's my submission to the compo. Not much to say more than I just love Granual synth's
Everything but the drums is played by Proton.

I feel like this is a better showcase of Proton plus I dropped Selig's sexy guitar pluck patch in there.

Hi, guys. Finally gained access to my old soundcloud account, reuploaded my track there.
Noel G, could you please change the link to my entry in a sticky to this current one? I wanna delete that other account.

I was thinking the same. I'm gonna have to make another track with it too, which would be more techy.Benedict wrote:

Can you do more than one track to the compo?
