I upgraded to Windows 11 and I was having trouble opening the program and forgot I have to deauthorize the old machine. Can you remind me how to do that? I know I go to products and I see all my Programs but I don see the deauthorize option. The other thing is I own Reason Drums Reason bass and Friktion, remind how to move those over too. Thank you

59 views and no response. OK. I emailed support too. Forgive me, I'm eager to have a functioning program again. I don't see an option in the MY Products page that says "Manage" only a "transfer" button?

You should still have a functioning program. With the new authorization system, you don't need to deauthorize anything unless you were using long-term offline authorization (1 year rather than the default 30 days). In that specific case, there's a 3 machine limit.

This page should let you contact support if you've reached that limit and can't deauthorize any of the machines. The usual 30 day authorization should continue to work in the meantime I'm pretty sure.

Edit: If you're on an older version of Reason (before version 12), then offline authorization no longer exists, so there's nothing to deauthorize but an internet connection is required.
