No audio in Companion

Am having an issue where Sound Pack audio will not play through my headphones when using Companion.

I've tried the solution outlined here:

Unfortunately that didn't work. Once I load up the pack into Reason they play fine and can hear them through my headphones but currently have no way to review SoundPacks any more to determine which I'd like to download. Also, Companion does not show up in the Volume Mixer (Reason and all other apps do though). Is there an alternate place to review the sound packs?

Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am not on reason plus but you can preview some of the packs here... I think that these are about half of them.

Since the solution from the Reason Studios help page didn’t work and Companion isn’t showing in the Volume Mixer, try these steps:

Check Audio Settings: Verify Companion’s audio settings for your headphones.
Update Software: Ensure both Companion and Reason are updated.
Reinstall Companion: Reinstall the app to resolve potential issues.
Alternative Review: Use Reason’s built-in browser or third-party tools to review sound packs.
If the problem continues, consider reaching out to Reason Studios support.
