Question about CableGuys ShaperBox

For some reason I have a session going with a ShaperBox on a insert on a channel and every time I reopen the session the patch I'm using on the ShaperBox automatically goes to default patch.. I even saved it in a combi to see if that might fix it but still no dice..

Am I missing something here?
