Devices not showing up after installation in Reason+ PC

I've subscribed to Reason+ and installed the application and all the racks in the companion app, but when I open reason the installed devices do not show up in the in the browser. I've uninstalled and re-installed the devices using the companion app but they still do not show up available to use in the application. Is there a fix or space requirement to fix? I am on a PC running Win10.

I do not use Reason+, just regular. For rack extension install, I log into my account on Reasonstudios.com and navigate to the "My Products" section. There, I select the "Rack Extensions" tab and hit the button to "Sync All". At this point, the web browser may ask for permission to open the link or something. I say yes and it opens a little window and starts checking, adding, updating all of the Rack Extensions. Maybe it is different for Reason+. I hope this helps.
