About version 1.0
(Soon to be replaced by version 2.0, paid update)

I teamed up with Past To Future Reverbs to make a Fisher K10 SPACEXPANDER Rack Extension.

It's our first collab and we decided to offer this RE for free, for me as a thanks for all the great support i’ve got from the Reason community (and because I want it in my rack!) and for PTFR as an opportunity to show some of their great IR samples for the same community.

The Spacexpander has been one of my favorite spring reverbs for a long time and it feels great to now have it in a custom built Rack Extension, it really turned out rather sweet. ❤️
Hope you all like it as much as we do!

About version 2.0

Hi RT crew!
I just wanted to give a heads up!
I’ve been discussing with Past To Future about how long we should have this offered for free and about doing an update. We want to add in the remaining IRs from the Vol.2 pack, adding CV jacks for gain and mix and also adding a IR representation on the front panel.

So we decided to make a 2.0 update and with it change from a free product to a paid one. The update will be minimum price (I think it’s 9usd) and the full price will be 49 usd. There’s been over 1300 downloads (that’s pretty much in the RE world!) of the free version so we recon that everyone that wanted it probably has got it by now (if you still haven’t got it please go and download while it’s still free!).

The update is of course optional so if you like it ‘as is’ you can just keep using it. We hope that those who really like it and also want the new features feel ok to pay the minimum price for the update and help supporting more collaboration REs by Ekssperimental Sounds and Past To Future Reverbs.

It will probably take about a week until 2.0 is ready so tell your friends to get it now!

Wow! Thank you so much Erik. Downloading now.
Will this remain free? If so, I'll add it to the free RE list.
Players are to MIDI what synthesizers are to waveforms.

HA! A-B'ed this with softube's spring on kick drums, and although this has muddier bottoms on most setting (which can be fixed with an eq or a bass amp), this one gives you ability to create a much clearer and more subtle effects in the mids and highs. Loving it!

We will evaluate after a few weeks about if we should keep it free or set a price.

You can set VCF to High pass and set the Freq a little higher, like 500Hz to get rid of some of the muddiness :)

Either way, it's a lot more usable for general purpose, a real work horse. Playing around with this and m-class stereo for a combi. This made my day, thank you again!
