What is the difference between Upgrading or Buying Suite of Reason 11?

I have now the latest version of Reason 10.

I want to get Reason 11, but I am facing a problem which is that I am seeing two options in front of me: Upgrading and Suite, and I don't know which the correct option.

it is 2 package upgrade gives you new devices and Suite gives you like 16 or something extra devices

Upgrading from any previous version of Reason to Reason 11 (standard) is $129 USD. Upgrading from any previous version of Reason to Reason 11 Suite is $249 USD. Buying Reason Suite 11 flat out (instead of upgrading) is a whopping $599 USD.

The correct option is whatever one you want. Do you want Suite (with the additional RE's)? Or do you just want regular Reason? Both Reason 11 (regular) and Reason 11 Suite come with the new breakout main mixer devices, as well as Quartet and Sweeper.
