More fun with Lava Lamps and Plasma Globes?

Id have thought you'd get your kids playing push hands. Its like a game you can get stuck into. I play with my daughter. She's 10.

Yeah I do . I’ve got my eldest daughter doing basic push hands, seven stars, nine castles, reeling silk and free pushing.
The two younger ones I do Chan si and free pushing with which is really fun.
They’re all too small to do Da Lu with at the moment ha ha.

Yeah. Mostly I think it just confuses em if there's no direct application in real terms. They're better with games and play.
So am I come to thik of it.

If you’re in Edinburgh you’ve got it good man. Google Five Winds. Ian Cameron. He is the man to go to. He learned Tai Chi in the 70s from Cheng Tin Hung in Hong Kong. Seriously...do it. You won’t get a better teacher. I am actually jealous .

Well I spoke to the geezer [Ian Cameron] today, Go for my first class on Thurs. Think I'll just sit-in first time, suss it out

But for Martial Arts It's very important for me to get a feel for the class and the instructor. It's not like going to Zumba mate.
