I think it was Abbey Roads.
I've used it a few times too, it's not bad. Shame they can't sell it any more.
One of my favourites. Used it a lot before Re-Tron

I only have 3 ReFills(Soul School II, New Loops Future Bass and Koto Nation), the last one I bought was KotoNation in April 2018, almost one year now.
It really helped me until I got money enough for some similar but much higher quality VSTs in the same line.

I don't think I'm going to buy any more ReFills because I prefer to edit sounds from scratch or have more flexibility in sound edition, but I think I'm going to still make some use of Koto Nation and Future Bass ReFills. Soul School also helped but I'm kind of done with it.

I don't really buy refills much since REs came about.

The last refills I bought were all the Navi Retlav "missing pieces" that were discontinue on his website. They were pay what you will, if I remember correctly. So I decided to grab them all and even paid some money for them. Gotta love Navi's work, top quality stuff! When was this.... like 2 years ago or something?

Before that I bought some refills from Zombie Fights Shark. He has some excellent refills, and some are even free. I highly recommend checking out Chad's work. I bought Mecanique and Prepared Piano. Both very interesting and top quality refills. Three Planters, Church Kit, Ibanez Bass and Abandoned Industrial (warehouse) are 4 refills that were (at one time) available for free on his website. I use them all the time. Website seems to be down at the moment, but here is the shop page of ZFS's facebook page. Looks like the freebies aren't there anymore.

EDIT: I got in touch with Zombie Fights Sharks. They aren't making refills anymore, but might return to it again in the future. Their products are still available and well worth checking out. Some good freebies in there, too! Here is their store: https://gumroad.com/zombiefightsshark
Players are to MIDI what synthesizers are to waveforms.

Soundcells: Nord Red, Grainstation, BitBumper, AfterGlow (buy one get one free couple months ago)

-008: Refuel - Antidote, Refuel - Parsec, Hitman Drums, Hip Hop Workshop (also during buy one get one free a couple months ago)

Happy with all of these refill purchases. -008 site is currently having buy one get one free sale so I might get a couple more today. Anxiously waiting for a new Soundcells Refill to come out. Been waiting for the EditEd4TV 88mph refills to go on sale in the shop for years now as well!

Kings of Kong.
At this point The Poke should be paying me influencer style wages.
What's that, nothing.
Or do I owe him money for liking his stuff?...

I think I remember reading an email about Chad not doing refills anymore. The FB links are broken and the site is definitely down, probably for good. I think the last ReFill I bought was one of his. It was one for the Teenage Engineering pocket operators, must have been about two years ago or more. I’ve been eyeballing refills for Legend and Grain but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Also been waiting on Propellerhead to deeply discount the Soul School bundle.

That's a real shame. Chad (aka Zombie Eats Shark) put out some quality refills. I really enjoyed his sound. I can't imagine refills are bringing in much money for anyone, so it would have to be a labor of love and not much else.

Those Booster Packs are still a great bargain at $29.

Just curious if anyone still has these since they are $5.

Wow amazing I've had two of them back in the days. There are probably 30+ loops and song ideas in my library based on ethnic instruments and acoustic folk. I gotta deep search my archive if I still have them, otherwise this would be an instabuy.

Since we're speaking of old stuff - do you guys know if there is, somewhere on the internet, the Bob Clearmountain Drums AKAI sample CD for sale? I'm looking for a (legit) copy, my CD got destroyed 13 years ago or so. This is the one library I know for sure is missing.

Is that site legit? 10$ is nice for a whole lot of nostalgia. I remember using a tool to covert one shot samples to wav, then loading them into nn19 and redrum. Of course I never included those samples into my projects :?

It's definitely an illegal Russian warez site (registered at yandex.ru).

For example I've never given permission and we have no contract, but they sell our (PinkNoise) products:

It's a shame :(

That sucks to hear Andras, sorry. I'll not give them my payment details nor my money. I believe a DCMA claim or something alike is worthless with a site like that?

And that conversion program was shockingly buggy. I used to do battle with it regularly. You'd do the same thing and get a different result!

Nah that is a shame if you cant because i bet a lot of people may fall for that , alarm bells would ring at those prices though .
