More performance controllers for VST wrapper

Have any feature requests? No promise they'll get to Reason Studios, but you can still discuss them here.

Now VsT wrapper have at the Combinators only two performance controllers - Pitch bend and Mod wheel.

But many of instrument can have much more controllers

So why VST cant have it?
