Hope they will find out soon what caused it….. Untill then best wishes and hope this was the last time, as it is scary and spooky!!!!

Get well soon Mr. figg!!!!!
Thanks man. I’ve forced myself to go out running. May not be the best idea if it is my heart but I honestly don’t think it is. I think it’s some sort of Vaso-vagal reaction. So when I run it takes my otherwise low blood pressure up to a reasonable level and I feel less dizzy for a while.
Is your blood checked? Do you have enough iron in your blood and folium acid?

Low blood pressure has it’s causes, and as I am no doctor at all, I know the mentioned two blood ingrediënts may cause symtoms like yours.

Anyway, good luck and hopefully you feel much better soon!!!!

aha. i forgot to mention that i got, few days ago, refrigerated wine cabinet.
it will be used for cooling all sort of drinks (mainly for energy drinks) and not wines. hehe.
that was my wish to get it for quite a long time.

i have placed it under my computer desk in my living/working room.
it is a small form cabinet.

i bought Candy CWC023

Image

i bought it via our ISP Telekom here in Slovenia.
the reason is the installment repayment, which is more favorable than a one-time payment
but it is still not that expensive product. cca 230€.

any way i am all happy

:-)

now all i have to do is to buy myself some synthetic butt magic called Monster Juiced

I got cocoa and vanilla flavored cereal, because it literally was called:

'Balls'

x D

Also, I tried the hottest chips from Lays, but they were pretty lame compared to what I expected. But for that, they were damn tasty!
Normally, I hated spicy. But as I get older, I guess I get kinkier. x D
But yeah, I expected them to burn 2x and 3x. : D
They were discounted though. So dunno. Maybe faulty, maybe the peppers weren't spicy enough. But again, no regrets, cause I hate plain burn. I like when you can taste the burn. When it has flavor and aroma.

So yeah, I felt bad for my a-hole in advance for nothing. I even considered dropping tabasco red sauce onto each chip, for a bit of spicy SM. x D

just upgraded to sennheiser e935 mic from the e835

not much difference tbh and it's hard to tell at first, which made me want to return it, but after more testing it does have slightly more vocal penetration and ever so slightly cleaner and a bit more detail in the highs

i doubt the average person would tell the difference  but it's enough for me to keep it

Nah it’s the Minilab3. Pretty small but I’ll get used to it. My next one will be at least 49 full size keys.

Cool.

I got the Arturia MiniLab mkii a few months ago, and it's been a nice addition.

I was able to get a discounted return on this electric double bass - a great, inexpensive instrument that fell over on my first day, with the endpin bent and a few scratches left in the paint and neck. How annoyed I was! :puf_unhappy: I was somehow able to straighten everything out and repair it. But the flaws in the paint remain. At least I was still able to do all the bass for this track with it.

Damn nice track, turn up the BASS!!!
I've got this cute little micro fretless bass I can barely play, but it's still one of my all time favorite sounds out there (great playing BTW).

Here's the newest member of my instrument 'family' (Alesis Strata Core), which I got at a discount after reviewing it.
I'm officially retiring the 20 year old V-Drum kit, looking for a place to donate it like a music school for kids etc.

Another K&M microphone desk arm :D I already had the version with no internal XLR-cable (K&M 23865) and found the version with the cable (K&M 23860) in mint condition for 60€.

Now I have both bolted on the desk, the other sports a dynamic microphone (Rode M1) for close-up work/demo takes by the desk, and the other has a Rode NT-2000 for recording vocals standing up (easier to belt out a tune when standing).

Both work a treat with the K&M ball-joint adapters (oh, I bought a bunch of those too) so I can position the microphones as needed.

What else... Black Friday deals? VSTs:
- Transit 2 from Baby Audio. It is goooood... If you use the code MOTION you can get it a bit cheaper than the current BF sale.
- Obliterate, the new free OTT distortion plugin from Newfangled Audio. I LOVE IT!

I am not going to spend any more on plugins, I think, or on much anything else. I mean, I have enough stuff... don't I? Maybe... maybe not? Enough money? Sadly, never enough to say that I have enough (the trials and tribulations of being beholden to my corporate overlords and the monthly paycheck).

Presonus HD7 semi open back headphones. I really needed something open back since I don’t have space for monitors.

Been traveling for Thanks Giving so haven’t had time to really test them out but the initial sound plugged directly into my M1 Pro MBP is impressive although they seem bass heavy. Now I need time to see if that is the case or my mix is just trash.

Right now I’m leaning toward the latter 🤣
