I have been thinking of doing a walkthrough video and I hope your confidence in my work is still here — it's my best work ever.
Yes I have confidence in your work.
Purchased and now waiting for the link.
Should be fun... If time allows I will shoot you any patches I make.
I am still having issues with the reason 13 browser that I hope reason studios can rectify soon.
Thanks

I need to be given access to the folder you sent me to get the refill... request sent.
and received ... thank you Patrick
I would have deleted this after receiving the folder permission but it seems it is not allowed.
Looking forward to this new "castle" :refill:

The other day a friend sent me folders of his songs. It seems now on dropbox > when you add people that can add to the folder> ie “edit the folder" the user that gets the link needs to send a request to add the folder to there own dropbox... but, you can also send a different link that allows you to download stuff in the folder but you can not add patches or edit the folder. The second type of link seems to not need to be allowed by the sender…if they choose the option “anyone with link can download”> you copy and send that link to your client.. it seems like a newer dropbox "feature" that I recently encountered. 3 of the 8 folders my friend sent a link for > allowed me to download without permission (“anyone with link can download" >is the option for that). I’m not sure how the options you can choose> actually change when you send a link to "edit the folder" (which of course allows a member of the folder to add patches), but for the 5 folders I was sent by my friend that allowed me to "edit the folder”, I had to ask permission for all 5 of these folders for some reason… you would think it would also have the option “anyone with the link can do this”, but perhaps because it is because when it is set to "edit the folder”, that option may not be there anymore. I’m not sure since I have not sent anything where people can edit the folder recently… in fact it has been many years since I needed to do that. Maybe there is an option somewhere for this… but I'm not sure. Hope that helps captain. This all happened two weeks ago. So I think they changed some features in drop box or moved options around to a different place like every app and site seems to be doing these days. Thanks again Patrick.

I just checked the folder and only I can edit and view the folder
Seven other people can only view but not edit ... meaning they can not add patches that they may make to enrich the refill.
I think you chose the option that those who have the link, can only download> for them... I had neither option when I got the first link.
So you may have done something different with the links or dropbox changed things in the last two weeks.
aaaaah progress lol :puf_wink:
So they did likely download what is in the folder but can't add patches to collaborate in the final version of the refill >> oh "king" of the castle. :refill:
It looks like there is a setting where you can change that under members. Hope that helps :lightbulb:

Just tried one that can only view to can edit and back again to just view as a test... so it can indeed be changed

We had the phone/internet company here since I got the refill to double our internet speed...
So I was tied up today after receiving the refill... and did not have access to my computer most of the afternoon.
I will have a look tonight after supper though bro
It has been a multitasking kind of day with multiple things happening out of left field again. ;)
The canadian dollar is tanking fast as well daily... what a huge difference in price. $69.00 USD became $103.59 CAD

Awesome progress sir. Great sounds > A way better organization for browsing too. Good work.
You fixed some of that patch with the sound bug , but for some reason I don't hear the redrum and can't seem to switch sound sources with the main combinator control panel... perhaps I don't understand it fully. It is quite a complex patch for my tiny pee brain.

Oh you mean that Combi 2 Thriller bass patch? Does it have a Redrum in it too? I shared that patch here in the Vombi 2 group but nobody noticed. ;-) Took like 28 hours to build that patch alone lol :D

yes that one... hit run and you see meters going on redtum, and the reverb going > but no sound is coming out... Wow 28 hours :!:
Well it does have a LOT of devices within it... the sound I hear doesn't change when I click on the various options of devices on the combi at the top.
Redrum is not one of the options in the main combi window, but I bet you ran out of places to put that button
I looked at the wiring one day and was a bit mind boggled ... that patch alone needs a manual lol

There's some great patches here in use in my current WIP!

I found a possible flaw in a patch I like: SSubtrually:
On key release there's a click sound which I suspect isn't supposed to be there; fixed by increasing the Mod Env Release from 0 to 40

I couldn't hear a flaw but back on the horse again soon. I am close to the finish on this refill in about a week I hope.
