The more I see the less I understand. It is an entertaining light show, which in itself is a problem if you think about it for two seconds.

How come such an amazing display of insanity is always captured from one perspective?
One person. One phone.
I want to see the same phenomenon but filmed by 10000 phones.
So bright it should wake you up, stop traffic, people running outside with flash lights while sharing live on TikTok. Instead we have this very peaceful digital virtual panic on our phones.

No explanations survive 20 seconds of simple questions.

If something radioactive and well hidden is missing from a war zone, do you think the best way to find it is to first buy and use 100s of 1000s of extremely super bright LED lights purchased on Ali Express, then attach them on sniffing drones flying 1000s of feet up in the air? Don't you want to use every once of energy to power the radioactive sniffing gadget onboard instead?

Also the brightness can be measured. The dynamic range is a signature, a fingerprint of the brand and model of the type of LED used on the drones. Call Ali Express and ask who was the buyer. FBI not calling and asking?

It surprises me that no one is seriously curious too.
And did so also after the first congress UFO hearing.

I mean it was already a historic event at the time.
No matter what it was all about - even if it was a random mixture of insanity, pathological lies and parallax birds etc, or a huge huge conspiration/psyop:
It deserved a massive and persistent media coverage because of wtf that was about.

Add to that all other witness reports after that, direct and indirect.
And now this, in Lakenheath and NJ and more.

Even if is only mass hysteria triggered by the above: it deserves world wide coverage, day after day imo. Media is no stranger to that, for even petty topics.

And when we don't get that, apparently people aren't seriously curious.

Not giving a megaphone/not being curious about any of this gives unlimited power of persuasion to the people behind the light show. It becomes normal, we become emotionally numb and obedient.

In what world is a NYE drone light show anything to worry about? Are you worried they are going to make a light show you don’t like or what? What’s the danger?

Just imagine the opposite, if the media went into a frenzy about this and talked about it nonstop. ( I think they probably do talk about it, don’t they? I don’t watch any of the established media outlets) but imagine they actually talked about it a lot. What difference would it make beyond giving the loonies even more fuel? It would make a lot more people become conspiracy theorists at the end of the day, and what’s the benefit of that? ‍♂️

Everyone is already brain broken, so we need even more of that?

I rather the media focus on the Luigi case (#FreeLuigi) and Gaza and the fact the us is turning into a full on oligarchy openly, the lies from the Brandon administration that was running him and the administration a la “Weekend at Bernie’s”, and the antics of the upcoming administration than some silly lights from a NYE show. You know, anything of actual importance.

I get that not taking about it at all in the media also gives fuel to the loonies. I guess there’s no winning with those, but I would rather protect the majority from becoming loonies than not

Yeah but then there's the Streisand Effect.

If media's conclusion is that this is truly a mass hysteria only, then that's actually serious as well.
And media should then be there for us, globally mirroring proportionally the regional attention from witnesses.

If it's a Psy-op, media should still fulfill it's expected role and cover it proportionally. No filters.

If it's pathological lies, then media has a nice case for persistent coverage too.

Media shouldn't give up, explaining to the people unless it's enough.
And it's not enough, by far, when it comes to proportional reporting.

If people's action is a frenzy, then an appropriate media reaction would be a frenzy.

If they have the facts ready from all parts of this soup.

Semi silence should never be a strategy to educate people, it's the birth of conspiracy theories and is feeding the problem

Once everything is confirmed as true all the alien conspiracy merchants, all the "the end is near buy my book now to know how to prepare", will be out of a job.

Not being happy forever is the natural reaction of $ocial media.

Do you remember all the sci-fi movies from the 50's onward describing how humanity will finally step on the Moon? All the dangers? All the intrigues? All the impossibilities? Me neither. Once the event really happened all those concepts and ideas in the analog construct went poof, their collective value went down to nothingness, like a happy dinosaur looking up at the big light in the sky getting bigger.

But now on $ocial media have "the Moon landing never happened! It was created by Kubrik. NASA erased the original tape by mistake. Do you trust NASA?".

Next on $ocal media: "Now that we know Aliens exist, should they pay taxes and register to vote?"
