I saw this article about the Feds seizing 3000 counterfeit Gibson Les Pauls. That lays to rest my thoughts on all those cheap Gibsons. BTW, Gibson confirmed they were all fake.

Probably none of them because the Trump Guitar has a different headstock. Of course maybe you were joking.

Personally, I didn't care for the Trump Guitar, great idea, I just couldn't see myself playing one. First of all, obviously, it wasn't endorsed by Gibson. Second, I would probably only buy a Gibson Les Paul, not a copy or knockoff unless it was endorsed by Gibson, maybe not even then. Or I would build my own exact copy without the Gibson name of course.

3rd of all, the design on the headstock, while patriotic and all, just... on a guitar? Nah. Maybe if they did a different design, it would look good.

I am surprised the guitar builders didn't know about patent issues with copying the Les Paul.
