Kinda lame that y'all chased off someone who's made good REs for a long time. I have a ton of RRS stuff and while this one doesn't suit my needs, it's cool that it's there for folks who do want it. As for the copyright argument, i think that such things are viewed differently in Russia so maybe there's a bit of a cultural divide there. Either way, thanks RRS for a buttload of REs i use every day and keep up the good work, even if you won't be posting here any more.

Kinda lame that y'all chased off someone who's made good REs for a long time.
I don't want to see anyone get chased off here, and I don't want to bring it all back up again, but I don't think he helped the situation. All his responses were snarky, sarcastic or negative. Just immediately combative.

Because he brought it up, I tried to point out that "copying" a device is 'ok' because he's writing his own code to make the plugin, but copy/pasting the description isn't writing it himself, so that's why some people could question it. But I think he thought I was saying he was copying the actual code .. I honestly didn't mean that.

I regretted posting, and I'm sorry to see him go.

I sent him what he requested on the 11th... it is now the 16th. :puf_unhappy:
I sent an Email again today... I guess we will see what happens.... perhaps too many requests, or he is angry, and has changed his mind.

I wrote to you by e-mail, but you do not answer, besides I wrote to you in private messages on this site, but you do not answer there either.
However, I generated licenses for you to the e-mail address you specified and received a response from the server "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender. I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients."
You can log in to your account (Use the e-mail address you specified) on our website: https://redrocksound.pro/account/
In the account you will see all your licenses.

ok... thank you... I just logged in here and saw and replied to the message you sent me . It is strange what happened with my email. Sorry for the confusion. Yes you sent the message October 17 but I never logged in to see it. Thank you very much. :thumbs_up: :puf_smile: I can not log in with that first email address you tried but I see where the confusion lies from the way my email works... The email you tried is my user name which is followed by my email... the second one you asked me about is the one I usually use and thought that it would come up as that email when I sent the snapshots. I tried to log in with the user name "email that goes to no where" that you tried but the site would not accept it... so I did the forgot password reset routine for the email I actually use as stated in my reply to you here in messages. I am waiting for that email with a reset password currently. If you had replied to my snapshot message it would have worked with the correct email... EDIT> I do not know why my provider states my email in the way it states it...I had this problem once before when I took my film to germany in 2008 but never had a problem again until now. I can see how that would indeed be confusing. Sorry about all this. Please check your PM messages here for the proper email. The reset password thing did not work. It says it sent a new password but I did not get that either. I tried that route twice. Very strange indeed. Since the password reset will not accept the first one you tried( which is my user name)> but it will accept the one in the private message which follows my user name in my emails, I obviously have an account under the email address I clarified in my message. My provider sends emails strangely it appears. I would have tried the first one myself. Very convoluted. I guess I should have tried my gmail address but never really thought about how confusing the email displayed could be perceived. Sorry again.

EDIT 2... last night I sent a message to support with the email I use that does not show my user name because I had not received an email yet... my user name goes to never never land it appears. The address you tried was my user name that my provider gave me that can’t be changed that looks like an Email address. It goes to never never land if you try that. My email address is what is written after my user name that does indeed look like an email address :exclamation: ... I will have to contact them and see if that can be changed.
Sorry for the confusion
