My folders in shortcuts don't show all it's contents in Reason 13

I have some folders in the shortcuts section of the browser, which i already had on R11 and 12.
On 13 they don't show all the contents present in those folders. I've deleted and added them again and nothing changes. Only a bit of their content appears there, to the point that my only option is to click "show in explorer" to actually open the contents there.
Has this happened to anyone here? Anyone knows how to correct it?
Thanks in advance.
Btw, this is just one of dozens of bugs i have on Reason 13. It's a total bugfest! I don't know if i'm an isolated case but my experience has been pretty negative up until now.

You say only a bit of their content appears? What kind of items are missing?
Some troubleshooting:
Is your folder located in a cloud folder?
Is the browser primed/filtered for a specific file type?
Are you trying to browse soundfonts?
Does the browser indicate that it is still indexing?
Screenshots can help here.

Entire folders and files are missing.
My folder is on a normal folder in my harddisk, as well as all others i'm using on shortcuts,
The browser is not filtered to anything.
Not trying to browse soundfonts.
It's not indexing.
Here's the browser and the contents of the folder:
upload images
This is not the only folder in the Reason browser where this happens.
This worked perfectly on Reason 12, 11, 10 etc

This worked perfectly for me in R13 as well before the latest point update

You could try to delete the index database (see the sticky post with all the file locations) so everything gets re-indexed.

Please get in touch with support with a detailed description of what's not showing up, where it's located on your disc, and anything else that might be helpful. We're still working on ironing out some bugs (feel free to join the beta testing!) so input from as many different setups as possible at this stage is very welcome.

Reason Studios releases multiple feature additions throughout the year. There's always going to be updates and with that both new and old things can break (and not for everyone). So yes, the more that join the beta the betterchaosroyale wrote: ↑28 Sep 2024"Feel free to join the beta testing" ...Yikes. It's been out for 3 months already, dawg.

Yeah, maybe I'm cynical, but the last 2 major versions were both released buggy and kind of half-done.

I’ve heard about agile recently and this sounds like a result of that shitty tech bro mindset ♂️chaosroyale wrote: ↑28 Sep 2024Yeah, maybe I'm cynical, but the last 2 major versions were both released buggy and kind of half-done.

Agile doesn't say anything about releasing buggy software.PhillipOrdonez wrote: ↑28 Sep 2024I’ve heard about agile recently and this sounds like a result of that shitty tech bro mindset ♂️chaosroyale wrote: ↑28 Sep 2024

But I am aware, that some managers understand agile with just releasing fast...

Something about minimum viable product and put it out there and gather feedback to improve it later or some nonsense like that ♂️Loque wrote: ↑28 Sep 2024Agile doesn't say anything about releasing buggy software.PhillipOrdonez wrote: ↑28 Sep 2024

…and it feels like they are releasing on a time table, regardless of the state of the software on release date.Loque wrote: ↑28 Sep 2024Agile doesn't say anything about releasing buggy software.PhillipOrdonez wrote: ↑28 Sep 2024

Correct probably at the request/push of their Private Equity Fund Masters that own's Reason Studios pushing to have a good 2nd quarter profit so the shareholders could get their bonuses. They use to call it recouping there R&D investment so they can put more money back into the project i.e. their pockets...lol

Hey Mattias, i was about to make a post productively ranting about the state of Reason, with several points i've been noting and writing as i use 13.MattiasHG wrote: ↑25 Sep 2024Please get in touch with support with a detailed description of what's not showing up, where it's located on your disc, and anything else that might be helpful. I love Reason and am I'm still using it in quite gigantic projects, namely and mostly in the videogame industry, but you guys are making it really difficult to still keep using it.
I can get in touch with support and send you this list instead. Do you think that would be more productive?

Yes, that'd be helpful. If it's related to things not working as intended (i.e. bugs) you can contact support, if it's general feedback you can send it to feedback@reasonstudios.com which is always monitored but not always responded to.DNGmaestro wrote: ↑30 Sep 2024Hey Mattias, i was about to make a post productively ranting about the state of Reason, with several points i've been noting and writing as i use 13.MattiasHG wrote: ↑25 Sep 2024Please get in touch with support with a detailed description of what's not showing up, where it's located on your disc, and anything else that might be helpful.
