Yeah I actually like this. Often VSTs with '3d perspective' feel odd to use, because although you're essentially sitting directly in front of the device, half the knobs are pointing off to the sides.
Like he Clicks knob here > https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/imag ... e31c5.jpeg
But .. sorry, back to topic.. Yes the mods section really give the device more depth to play with.

Update: DM-999 Drum Machine Nears Release!
The DM-999 Drum Machine has undergone several iterations since the first video in this thread. All the drum sounds have been tuned and adjusted to match the original as closely as possible, while the MOD options have been refined to offer more range and flexibility.
This emulation is what I like to call "close enough and beyond"—meaning it's quite good at replicating the classic sounds while also providing a lot of additional tonal possibilities. All based on the circuit schematics to replicate each sound. Overall, I’m very pleased with how it turned out and can’t wait for the release!
Scheduled for Monday, September 9th, I wanted to give you a sneak peek of some of its sounds now already. Check them out here: https://on.soundcloud.com/fgA9Lh7r27c3YVfMA
(It's a private playlist, but I think the link should work!)
The DM-999 will include 50 kits with custom tunings and all 7 shuffle settings of the original as ReGroove files (captured via MIDI and converted to ReGroove). Programming is preferably done in the sequencer (C1-D#2) where ReGroove can be applied, or with a ReDrum hooked up via gate/CV.

Happy 909 day! I updated the title of the thread, unless you all want to create a separate thread for the release.
