can't get two reason+ packs - it says upgrade reason

here's the problem:

for two of latest reason+ packs it says i need to update reason. there is no "knob" install pack but "update reason" knob.
what is here to be done? i have the latest reason+ v13 reason app.

this two, if i may say so - errors, are for:
- adam fielding's Polytone-Electronica and
- SKP Sound Design's Reason 13 Drums and Percussion Loops

these two packs i can not install.

anyone help?

the four most recent are all like that for me. i think they said its a bug but not when they fix.
does it effect everyone and if yes then why make the packs there until fix?

Are you all using Reason 12 or Reason 13? If you don't have Reason 13 installed, you won't be able to download the packs if they contain Reason 13 patches. Instead, you will be prompted to update Reason to version 13.

well from v12 to v13 it is an upgrade.
from vX.123 to vX124 it is an update.

it says to update the reason.

i tried to DL the latest v13 reason but the .ZIP file which started to DL was the exactly same as i already DL-ed.

so this must be some sort of a bug.

It is fixed now but be aware also that the whole packs folder will be erased:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Roaming\Propellerhead Software\Packs

Perhaps you can backup this, I've lost mine and it will take several hours to download all the packs again...

Maybe the packs were created with a newer or preview version of R13 and thus cannot be opened in the current release version of R13.

I'm on Reason 13 v13.0d26 through R+ and was able to download the SKP Drum & Perc loops and Polytone - Electronica sound packs.
Running on mac OS Catalina

Still not fixed last 4 packs are like this. WTH! please get this fixed Reason Studios!!

Reason 13 Drums and Percussion loops
Polytone - Retro Lounge
Polytone - Electronica
DnB Retro synths

As others have stated, the install button is an update Reason button instead for these 4 packs only

I'm in the same boat. Choosing to install "Retro Lounge" in Companion results in "Update Reason" prompt. I have the latest version of Reason 13 installed and a Reason+ subscription.

okey. the problem is now solved. i got an offer to update reason v13 to a never version... and later after that i could easily installed all missing packs.
it's solved now.
