I was just wondering about this genre that I recently discovered on Apple Music (after the music of Cyberpunk 2077 permanently altered my brain and inspired me to explore new music!). I started to hear the structure common to various artists' songs, and you have explained it perfectly. I'm thinking of trying to make some of this, and Reason is the perfect tool.
