this is really great news
in the ad I did not see if there is the possibility of having the scales in the piano roll (because it is visually practical)

No, Polytone is in Reason and Reason Rack Plugin only.
No, the mixer still has the same color scheme. It's not quite part of the general UI, more a skeumorphic "mega device", but I've made note of the request!
Can we create new tags for VST's or Devices ?

Good news,
Well, the tools … I guess we have all these tools already - from third party and inside Reason - well, guess having more options is a good thing ….
what is the difference between the Stereo Tool and the master imaging tool (I am bad with names - hope it is clear which one I am referring to)we have? Seems like the existing one has more options for width of bass frequencies (this is all over my tracks)- ist the phase behavior of the new one cleaner that that of the imaging fx?
Guess, I will do some beta testing …
Cheers

auto punch? markers? track folders? dear god please say yes.
Everyone's gonna think this is the dumbest thing to be asking about, but I'm someone who loves the tiny visual details ... why don't you bother with rear rack screws anymore? (i'm talking about Polytone, not the delay). It's just you have the whole hardware rack esthetic with screws on the front, but you almost always stop at the rear. I'm just genuinely curious. I can see Mattias rolling his eyes.
And no it doesn't matter one bit .. I still love the software, and the whole hardware rack esthetic. Just always catches my eye!

Was reading the feature list. Oh dear, still no fullscreen mode? "What is fullscreen mode?" I hear you asking. You know the function key F11? When you press F11 a lot of apps will switch to fullscreen mode. Your webbrowser most likely will do so.
You know Ableton Live? It is another DAW. Since the dawn of time, If you press F11 Ableton will hide the title bar, the menu bar and the task bar and displays the work area on each and every pixel of your display. Hence the name fullscreen.
Look at the absolute top left of my screen when Ableton Life is in fullscreen mode: no title bar, no menu bar.
. .
Look at the absolute bottom left of my screen when Ableton Life is in fullscreen mode: no task bar
. .
The same with Reason in as maximized as it gets:
. .
Wasted space with title bar and menu bar.
And of course the task bar is still there (workaround: you can hide the task bar via OS setting).
"Why is that important?" you may ask. Because typical laptop / notebook users want to squeeze out every pixel of useable screen real estate to display the work area of their DAW. That begs the question: Why after all those years is there still no fullscreen mode in Reason 13? Is there? Please, Mattias, supprise me!
Do we finally get FLAC support? It halves the size of your sample lib without losing any audio quality -- it's lossless, it's free of charge, it's simple to implement. Each and every audio software on this planet supports FLAC, even the tiniest one-man-coded audio software. With one exception: Reason. So still no FLAC-support? Please! It's 2024!
