I can hear that some presets undoubtedly have this happening, but for the life of me can't see where the option to do this is.

You need to limit the poly and set the 2nd event to the same channel
Inphonik RX1200 RE (SP-1200 Emulation)
Although I personally agree with you I think we would really need some sales statistics before we can start telling companies how to market their stuff

I have no connection to the real thing, but writing a tune with it right now I can tell it's a fun device.
Very raw sounding.

Anyone know what does RX stand for in the name of the device? I assume it's not just random letters.

if you want that more authentic "SP" sound don't use polyphonic voices and don't use the decay disable curve
but definitely a cool device and the first device to peak my interest in the last couple of years.
Didn't the police warn you about loving it in public?
Perhaps it needs two more X's.MrFigg wrote: ↑02 Jun 2023Rack X-tension ?TritoneAddiction wrote: ↑02 Jun 2023Anyone know what does RX stand for in the name of the device? I assume it's not just random letters.
Good theory, but I think the VST is also called RX. Maybe Inphonic will chime in.
I have a question:
The VST version does have color coding of the pads. The manual is a bit unclear regarding RE version. I assume (from the manual) that if the key commands are not applicable to the RE version, the possibility of color coding isn't either.
Is this correct or did I miss anything?

Aside from numpad keys, colors can also be set in the VST by using the dropdown menu in the sample editor. They're not applicable to the RE version, although this might change in the future. In the VST, they notably pave the way for future NKS integration.

It's true that the R at the beginning of our product names is definitely a tribute to Reason. X stands for FX. Nothing more, I'm afraid. In the case of the RX950, this allowed us to become a very serious competitor to an apparently renowned tire changing machine
The name RX1200 was kindly suggested by Dave Rossum himself to avoid any potential trademark issues. Plus, we thought it would make a coherent RX product line.
Best,
Mathieu

I wish I had this RE a couple of months ago when I was still working on my Prodigy influenced project. I feel it would have been a good fit to have something lofi-y and sample based like this.
Oh well. Too late for that. I might still get it though.
