very late at night, and it's quite cold so I'm listening to the Dirty Three, amazing 90s Australian trio - violin, guitar and drums.
Yeah dirty three are great.
I forgot about them
Yeh fantastic band. Seen them live a couple of times back in the day, some of the best shows I've been to. The guitarist and drummer played on Catpower's Moon Pix which is also a really really good record.

Brian Eno's Here Come The Warm Jets. Amazing record, every time I listen to it I'm a bit overwhelmed afterwards.

Extremely good.
Being in the zone is amazing. Two collaborators being in the same zone is a miracle.
I'd like to understand what happens in the brain when ppl can nail things like this.

I didn't even use to listen to things like this, but couldn't resist Harry Mack when I first saw his performance on Youtube, and now it's growing on me.

all of Eno's 70's and early 80s records I love to pieces, art rock and ambient. My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts - incredible record, still sounds amazing what, like 40 years later.

This won't be to everyone's tastes, although personally I love it - an ep by an artist from my old hometown of Dunedin, from the late 90s. It was actually one of the reasons why I moved there, I liked it so much I thought it would be great to move to somewhere where that was what was being produced. Anyway, it's very minimal - just a few multitracked vocals and very simple guitar or casiotone samples - and overwhelmingly beautiful.

If you like that you might like Sault, if you haven't come across them.

Darker, and quite political, but really interesting. Amazing production.

Right now I am sat in my back garden, drinking a cider and listening to def Leppard who are playing at a football stadium up the road from me.

I am not a rock fan and know none of the songs but am enjoying it and tapping my feet especially enjoying the drumming.

This is a song from 1974 from a Dutch project band. It is for shure a real glamrock song. The bassplayer here, Jan Hendriks, joint later on in the decade a group called Doe Maar, and he played guitar there.Doe Maar was a very succesfull band in the Netherlands

I like the Pantherman song as long as I know it from 1974 on to now. It is funny in a way, but it has a doom sound too, which makes it interesting…….

Had to sit next to two very annoying people on the bus coming home tonight so played the Bug really loudly on my headphones to piss them off back. Kinda hurt my ears but worth it.

I was once on a bus and this girl sat down next to me, she was a student with tons of bags and she just kind of dumped half of them into the narrow space between the seats, invading my space & squeezing me up against the window. No apology, no acknowledgement of my presence. Then she started elaborately playing with her hair, it was long and she was taking big clumps of it, stretching it out & combing through it to get rid of bits of fluff or whatever. The only weapon I had was the music I was listening to (on headphones), which was the Hard Core Devo collection. So I cranked it way up and the reaction was immediate, she started sighing and frowning and giving me death stares which I could see out of the corner of my eye. Eventually, victory!! she gathered up her bags and flounced over to another seat

This is the track that broke her
