I watched it. It's very good.
Basically you cannot untangle UFOs/UAPs from high strangeness with the high strangeness element being by far the largest part of the phenomenon.
Yes, it was not a boring show.
Australians are certain aliens, they live on the underside of the flat earth without falling off. You must have some alien antigravity device down there
Yes. Fun and kinda level-headed, as much as humanly possible
Space aliens may have a different definition of what his Objective Truth is. We already have that problem among ourselves. Everyday, IRL and on internet forums.
I mean, it's not his "Objective Truth". It is simply - objective truth. You know, sort of like how we know the earth isn't flat and water is wet. But he makes a great point, in that - we have literally billions of smartphones with high definition cameras on them. The world should be flooded with video footage of the same exact little green men that are allegedly visiting us. But.. we're not.
To be clear, I am absolutely convinced that there is life out there in the universe aside from us. Statistically it's just very likely. I just don't believe that traversing interstellar space is a thing. Or ever will be a thing.“Space [...] is big. Really big. You just won't believe how vastly hugely mind-bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist, but that's just peanuts to space.”
What would be the reason for the US government to even talk and push for the little green men story right now all over the news? Is it another psyop to pretend they have extraordinary weapons?EnochLight wrote: ↑08 Jun 2023I mean, it's not his "Objective Truth". It is simply - objective truth. Honestly, I just don't believe the earth - or us - are that significant in the universe to warrant visitation by aliens, let alone the whole idea that they could have made it here to begin with. After all...

Not sure what any of that has to do with what I just said, but I’ll bite: when has anything “the government said” ever been immune to logical scrutiny? The US government is currently split between tin foil hat conspiracy theory deep state wack jobs that lien so extreme right, it makes 1938 Berlin seem tame, and - well - a party that is literally struggling to stay unified. UFO footage does not mean “little green men”. No more than a pink sunset proves the earth is surrounded by a bowl of pink Jell-O.
Nothing to bite. In reality it is just a dialogue more about human nature and the way we behave, than space aliens.EnochLight wrote: ↑09 Jun 2023Not sure what any of that has to do with what I just said, but I’ll bite: when has anything “the government said” ever been immune to logical scrutiny? Again, the earth is an insignificant speck in the vastness of space. The idea that a species is advanced enough to traverse interstellar space and then get caught in grainy footage or crash in New Mexico is the very definition of illogic. The cognitive dissonance required to reconcile that is mind boggling.
