Newbie asks: bounce audio clips to midi

I'm trying to create midi notes from audio sample in sequencer view using "Bounce audio clips to midi". For some reason it looks like midi notes are not lining up with the audio slices. I'm using Reason 10.4. Am I missing something?

What I'm trying is to get midi notes lines up with the start of that particular beat of the audio sample.

Eventually my aim is to export that midi track to other sequencer software and use it as a base for tempo a map.
