Turning off combinator should turn off all devices inside

Have any feature requests? No promise they'll get to Reason Studios, but you can still discuss them here.

Pretty simple - and if anyone thinks it would be a problem, this could be a behavior that could be switched on and off in preferences.

Simply - when you turn off a combinator, all the devices inside should be turned off to save on CPU resources. I was doing an A/B test on two different mastering chains to compare both sound and cpu usage. When I turned off one the CPU usage was still high - for some reason disabling the combinator does not trickle down to individual vsts inside.

I think this because the Combinator allows for external routing of devices.

Hence why there is a dedicated "bypass all effect devices" button
