I find that issue a tad strange. I just downloaded it and opened the Sika.nki file in Kontakt 6 last update before 7 came out> within reason 11 on Mac Catalina> it plays. if it was 32 bit, you would think it would not play at all. I see no option for downloads other then a Kontakt version. It is the first I have heard of this company and found this looking at the products> so I am not sure what is happening with your download... try the download again perhaps?... I don't see anything indicating 32 bit, but did notice the following specs when rechecking the page (perhaps it does not work on windows? which is again strange to me, since generally Kontakt instruments work on both platforms)
"System requirements
Kontakt Sampler V5.5 or higher.
Mac OS X 10.9 or newer.
Windows 7,8 or 10
4GB of RAM (8GB recommended).
Full retail version of Kontakt 5.5 or later required, free Kontakt player is not supported."

( perhaps it knows I am on a Mac and I do not see the windows version because of that?)
