YSFX: load Reaper JSFX (vst3)

it was noted here you there's a plugin with a JSFX editor (ReaPlugs)

but you can't load any of the JSFX outside of your resources folder (eg C:\Users\Me\AppData\Roaming\REAPER\Effects)

there's another option you can also use along with vst3shell or Wave's StudioRack for instance that lets you load your JSFX from anywhere

Have tested with both vst3 wrappers along with the JSFX sweepinglowpass and it all seemed to work fine
