Reason window in Maschine doesn't fit when browser open

Is this a Reason issue or a Maschine issue? (Windows 11)

When opening the browser the rack gets cropped

however note the window is actually capable of expanding horizontally as you can see when you open the Tutorial tab instead. (Except the tutorial doesn't actually expand to fill that remaining space)
