Seems to only have problems when I log into my account.
Unfortunately happens for iOS, MacOs, and Windows on both Edge and Safari with all ext turned off.

try using a private browser page so you're not logged in when you visit.
I had same problem in UK and tried the usual fixes from reset PC to clear every cache, change browser, log in, log out etc etc. Raised ticket and was told by email they know about it and are trying to fix it. They confirmed It only occurs when you try to do anything in the shop when logged on. You can log off and browse the shop but cannot buy anything.
It appears from the replies above that it is not affecting everyone. I am on Windows 10 with Reason 12, perhaps the killer combination?

Edit: The Props solved the problem this morning. Now I'm able to browse the shop again while being logged into my account. If you have this problem with your account, too, open a support ticket on their website.
Same problem here in Germany since 5 days. Shop can't be reached, when logged into my account. Getting an error page. Tried with several browsers on several machines (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android). I think the problem is account related. I've submitted a ticket on first day but Props doesn't seem to get things done since. So annoying.

Was account related, which seems rather odd - they’ve fixed mine now.
