Mac only Line Mixer Pan not working. R11 only.

I have a track with a Subtractor going into an audio splitter, and then into a Line Mixer L/R that goes into a Mix Channel.
The Line Mixer Pan visually works in the Line MIxer, but not in the Mix Channel.
Completely L or R pan, does not affect the Mix Channel L/R. Sound stays centered.
Pan works on the Mix Channel, the speakers correctly apply the Pan...

This is with Reason 11 on my Mac M1.
R12 on Mac the Pan works...
Win 10 Line and 14 mixer pan works correctly...

Couldn't reproduce this on Reason 10 on Mac.

Seems to work fine in Reason 11 Suite on Mac Mojave

depending how you routed the devices it could be that the line mixer routed in mono to the mix channel which might be the cause that panning in the line mixer does nothing.
