When I select an audio file in the browser window it plays automatically so I can hear them before chossing one, but in REX files when I select them they autoplay skipping their first slice, which is annoying because it messes up with the rhythm and usually with the first kick in the beat loops. I have to play those REX files in the rack but they would play in the project's tempo and not in their original one, so its really affecting my workflow.
Any solution?

Mod edit: This bug has been fixed in a Reason update.

this is a know bug. unfortunatly there is no other "solution" than keeping the track playing.

Dang, I searched for this topic before posting mine but didn't find it. Hopefully Reason developers see that this should be fixed and not just "playing the song while browsing" as the workaround. :reason:

So has the issue been solved by this update?
Players are to MIDI what synthesizers are to waveforms.

Isn’t that what they just said? 🤪
I do see it listed in the bug fix list, but have not seen a user that experienced this bug confirm it as fixed.

Yeah, just looking for solid confirmation before marking this topic as solved.
