When organising presets, it's a pain that this dialogue box can only be controlled with the mouse.
When working with favourites lists, having to constantly mouse over to the middle of the screen to change from cancel to remove makes the process less fun that it could be.
It might also be useful if the default button selected was "remove", especially since the actual file isn't removed so it's not that dangerous.
Either of these changes - or both - is a very small change but would make the workflow better.
This dialogue box should be keyboard selectable

Another tip for this... If you want to avoid the dialogue completely, press command+delete when deleting things.
