Sounds really good.
I think I often underestimate how much one can do with Subtractor.
Drums are Subtractor too right?

Yeah, it's all Subtractor. It's still a really powerful synth and it always sound great the more you stack it together.TritoneAddiction wrote: ↑29 Mar 2022Sounds really good.

On that same EP, track 2 is 100% Malstrom, track 3 is 100% Thor and track 4 is 100% Parsec. Was fun making drum sounds using these synths

Hi
The reverb kills my ears on the headphones, but that's al for my bad.
I like to feel that we are trying to develop a melody here.
From this point of view, the contract is fulfilled, although I would have liked a little more research.
The idea and the originality are there in any case.
Thx for sharing

Cheers for the feedback. There actually isn't any reverb in the track, it's just delay plus a tweaking of the release times on some individual synth parts to keep it feeling lush. Sounded good in my cansUman's wrote: ↑30 Mar 2022Hi

You're right in that It's not a song with any real hook. It's more a montage of individual parts built around one of my favourite chord progressions - the idea being to create a wistful background mood.
Anyway, thanks for listening!

Man I had no idea you could make drums and a whole damn song out of a synth! 🤯
It’s a good background melody and mood. Sounds great for a video game. I’m getting Zelda or Sonic vibes.

It's a really fun challenge to set yourself; make a whole track or record using only a single synthesiser for every instrument!Last Alternative wrote: ↑02 Apr 2022Man I had no idea you could make drums and a whole damn song out of a synth! 🤯
