It's free and it has new features (2 things the greedy people at refx nexus did not manage to do with version 4). Now for only 99€

Incredible soft synth, the new features took it once again to a whole new level. I love the cross modulation, and the new distortion is beautifully aggressive. Arturia are killing it with most of their products in my opinion, amazing stuff and on top of all that most of their updates are free
Tell me more - i don’t see this feature mentioned in the docs.StephenHutchinson wrote: ↑14 Dec 2021Updated Pigments this afternoon. Loving the dual wavetable option now!

I think analog lab v was updated as well to accommodate the new version of pigments. They did this when they introduced SQ80 V as well. In this update or the last update, analog lab was causing reason not to shut down and required a forced quit on my machine for some reason... Arturia said no other reason users had mentioned it,so the problem is a mystery to me.(Mac OS Catalina 10:15:7) I suspect some sort of coding issue was the culprit because I uninstalled it 3 times working with Arturia, and reinstalled it 3 times, to try to solve the issue that was "magically" fixed in the next update. I had purchased the SQ80 V, and that was when I noticed all the 36 plugs had an update... so I think it was the SQ80 V update, fixed in a later update that came shortly after. Perhaps it couldn't handle the MANY patches StephenHutchinson kindly compiled and shared for the SQ80 V... thanks again for those !!!

Just picked this up for $69. Because i had a few of their plugins (which i got all for free when they were offered) Arturia gave an additional $30 off and the Triad preset bundle.
Initial impressions are its VERY easy to navigate and come up with usable sounds quick. Its up their with Europa on how intuitive it is. Very easy on the eyes.
Sound is ok. I definitely prefer Unison in Europa and Dune (especially Dune) and the filters in Dune. That said, its very easy to modulate and have fun with quick. I see this as more of an experimental synth for me while Dune stays at the top for my more straight forward stuff.
Overall, Im glad i got it. Mainly for the UI and ease of use. I will say though, it is an absolute CPU destroyer so i dont see using a lot of instances of this in a session. A single analog OSC with a few mods and FX was peaking at 2 (and sometimes jumping into 3) bars on the DSP meter depending on how many notes I was holding.

Hey moneykube, I just came across this post today. You're most welcome, and I'm happy that I can share the compiled patches. It was some undertaking but well worth it. So many .syx patches to play with.moneykube wrote: ↑15 Dec 2021downloaded last night!...
