I love multi-band distortion. I have the Sabotage RE which does 3-band 'everything', but just as an exercise I made this 3-band overdrive, and it turned out sounding pretty good. It seems useful on almost any material because of the multi-band behavior and the dry/wet and level for each individual band. So, I did a nice layout for it
It uses two Stereo Imagers for the band-splitting, the free Mr Overdrive for the distortion in each band and Pongasoft's A/B 12 Audio In Switch (also free) for the mute-option in each band.
You can grab the needed rack extensions here if needed:
- Mr Overdrive https://www.reasonstudios.com/shop/rack ... overdrive/
- A/B 12 Audio In Switch: https://www.reasonstudios.com/shop/rack ... ts-switch/
The combinator is linked below.

Thanks.
For sure. There are commercial overdrives that don't even have this level of control. Putting them in a three-band configuration gives an incredible amount of control. You can go from very subtle warming to extreme overdrive that you can still control in detail.

I'm going to do a basic 3-band-anything combinator, so anyone can plug in any effect to make it three-band. Will look at your suggestion, the current GUI might need some changes for that.
