Hi RT
Background:
Inspired to be able to pitch shift chords on the fly - I looked to create something like it in Reason. Only issue though, Neptune's voice synth doesn't sound too great - and both Neptune and Polar offer monophonic pitch shifting.
So the work-around?.. I used 49 instances of Polar. (yes you read that correctly), to cover four octaves -2 /+2 of the keyboard.
Introduction:
Use PolyPolar as an insert effect, create a midi track for it and start laying down pitch shifted chords on the fly.
All you need is the Polar RE or an R+ Subscription, other than that is all stock devices.
But wait, there's more!
Varying play modes allow for this unit to be used in unique ways, such as a beat repeater/stutter effect
as well as creating leads, keys and pads from ANY audio source.
Kitted out with a dedicated amp envelope, assignable envelope (formant, pitch, delay and filter) and LFO so things things can get weird and wacky.
I've included some "sub-patches" in the download folder for you to experiment with
Features;
"Poly" Pitch Shifting, Formant Shifting, Filter
Mono-Compatible Stereo Widener, Detuner, Voice-Spread
Amp Env, Mod Env and LFO
Loop/Reverse Length tracked to Midi
Buffer Lock (incl. triggering to Midi Gate)
Gate Dry Signal (triggered via Midi)
Dry/Wet Knob (0db Center Crossfade)
Wet Signal Output Gain
49x Polar
49x Neptune
53xThor
5x 14:2 Mix Channels
+ some other stock devices
Disclaimer:
"Slow" Analysis and "Smooth" Mode used in conjuction will lead to some DSP issues
I hope you guys find this device as fun as I do, let me know if you have any suggestions or observations

A true shame, to be sure... I love Polar.. and was looking forward to this. Hopefully it will be posted online again soon.

Looks cool! Could you re-up?
Perhaps this could be hosted somewhere that doesn't have expiring links?
Thank you for the interest team!
