Rack Continually Crashes

I use Reason on my notebook and I use the Rack in Pro Tools. A few days ago on the Notebook, I noticed "demo mode" showed on the login. So that it would go right to the Reason desktop when I click on it, I followed instructions, installed the Codemeter, etc., and I huess that installed a license on the notebook. So, the next day when I went to instantiate the Rack in Pro Tools, it just hung. I rebooted. It did the same thing. The same thing happened yesterday and today. Does the licensing have anything to do with this? That is the only thing that has changed. If so, will uninstalling Reason from my notebook remove the license?
