Here is an 11-band Graphic EQ, using MClass EQ.
Stock devices only - so anyone can use it.
Use the first set of bands for your standard 11-band EQ in Stereo
You can hit 'ACTIVATE R' to use the next set of bands - to process the Left and Right Side independently.
Alternatively, hit 'M/S' to process the Mid and Side independently
GLOBAL Q will adjust the Q value of all the bands.
Feel free to use an improve!

This is very cool but heads up: there are many incorrect routings on this device. On the main (left) side you have only one error, the 20 kHz slider controls 883 Hz.
But if you active the Right controls it looks like you didn't finish setting frequencies for most sliders, and the last slider doesn't appear to do anything.
As an aside, you may also want to look into using the SSL EQ for this task as it offers a proportional Q option (the G curve) that may work better for a graphic EQ application.
[also your 1kHz slider left side is still at the default frequency…]
