Alternate colors for stock synths would be nice...

Have any feature requests? No promise they'll get to Reason Studios, but you can still discuss them here.

Don't know I'm still downloading, then I will have to wait until they finish rescaling.

Why don't you try

Am I looking for a folder full of jpegs, or a compressed file?

Found it...

C:\ProgramData\Propellerhead Software\SharedResources\Reason

Are .cache files editable? And, how? Do I need to extract the image files then recompress?

Odds are the DLL files have the image assets baked in. If so, the DLL files will need to be decompiled edited then recompiled. I'm in way over my head now, and not sure if I'm stepping on any toes here.

That's a shame, I just did a quick test and the checksums.txt file is using sha1 for generation ;)

The .data files are very big maybe a tiff but the files you can view are png?

Maybe.

The files are obviously locked away. I think someone would have tried this long ago, otherwise reason would be skin-able, for years.

Hopefully an option in Reason+ 27.

I might be wrong but I understood everything is 3D/vector now for the full res, so you're definitely not looking for a png.

If that was the case, it would be even easier, since you're only dealing with data points instead of raster pixels.

I doubt it's all vector though, since reason uses a lot of textures and lighting illusions.

R12 could be a mix of vector control elements and raster back plates, etc. IDK

That was the last time the Props had an easy hackable software. Never since :-)
