Music folder access denied (Windows)

So this is a Windows issue but is affecting RRP because Reason uses the Music library folder for its startup files.

When I try to load Reason RRP in a host I am unable to because Windows is blocking access to the Music folder. It's not affecting standalone.

Anyone had this or knows the fix? I've followed a few tuts from googling but nothing has worked yet.
