Kuassa Lancaster is here :)
The first good sounding guitar amp I ever owned was a vox! This should be good times
So what's the deal with cross-grade etc? It's not obvious to me after minimal poking of their site. Just wait for RE release soon at intro price I assume?MrFigg wrote: ↑08 Aug 2021The one we've all been waiting for...

Now it's just to wait for the RE
I don't really care to install the VST if I have the RE personally. This is a small but recurring problem with beloved Kuassa in that I'm not sure if I'm missing out on more interesting combos / dev work with the 360 VST stuff or not, and I'm hesitant to complete the efektor bundles if they're concentrated on that 360 stack, but oh well, silly problems I suppose. Just want things to be easy to make room for music rather than have buyer's doubts.
If you buy the VST you get 50% off the RE and vice versa. There’s no difference except the RE has CV. The 360 thing doesn’t give you anything you can’t do in Reason.teddymcw wrote: ↑12 Aug 2021So what's the deal with cross-grade etc? It's not obvious to me after minimal poking of their site. Many thanks! I'll take that last statement as a direct reference to the usability of Kuassa REs rather than debate if Reason is Turing complete or not ; )
Still waiting for your Sitar Sound Pack btw, it's been too long
Sorry man, but the sitar got sent back. Five of the frets weren’t tied properly. Bought an American Original 60s Fender Jazzmaster instead .

Looks like Nembrini just released an AC30 sim of their own.

Tomato colored I hope.
Don't know why I'm so looking forward to Lancaster when Clarent is so excellent.
Terminal Kuassa fanboi
Reason/Reaper fanboi
So confused
Who’s using the royal plural now baby? 🧂
Neeeeeeej!!!! Sunburst of course.
Clarent is excellent. One of the best. Everyone needs an AC30 though.

YES, I was trying to think of the right word for it and you've hit the nail on the head
I have yet to use a Kuassa plug-in that I didn't really like, and this is no exception. Lovely lovely amp sim, and it's filled a perfectly neat gap in my amp sim repertoire.
The VSTs can load IR files. I don’t think the REs can.teddymcw wrote: ↑12 Aug 2021So what's the deal with cross-grade etc? It's not obvious to me after minimal poking of their site. Just wait for RE release soon at intro price I assume?MrFigg wrote: ↑08 Aug 2021The one we've all been waiting for...
