Windows Sound and Reason

Hello everyone, can anyone help me with the following issue?
I can't play mp3 files for example by means of Winamp and I don't have no Sound in YouTube Videos when Reason is open. And more important I cant record "What U Hear" by means of an audio recorder when I'm playing along with Reason. This indeed is a problem with sound drivers but I did not find any solution until now.

Ideally you should use ASIO drivers for Reason.
If you are using DX drivers make sure the "Advanced" tab for the sound properties does not have the option "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device".
