Hi,
I'm Alex von Elzer.
I am a composer, producer and artist.
I write Ambient (Dark and Epic),
Rock and Electronic music (berlin school style)
with an epic or experimental flavor.

After a few years abandon reason, I've returned.
I like the way how you connect in reason devices and the ways you can experiment with them.
I'm now focusing on making soundtracks.

This is the first one I've made with reason 11.
I've mostly used the synths from
Synapse:
Antidode, Obsession and legend
Reason studio:
Monotone bass synthesizer, PX7 FM Synthesizer

Effects:
Tsar-1, Echobode Frequency Shifter, Ozone maximizer, Synapse RE160, GQ7 and DC-2

And vidplayvst for the video

I use Synapse a lot because they are great in 80 synth sounds
I hope you enjoy this video clip, it's in the style like blade runner of Vangelis.

Don't call me a DJ, I make my own music.

I missed this one! This track is a blast! Sound design and atmosphere are perfect. Of I had to make a change I would add an amount of reverb to the claps in the second half: they sound a bit too clear and harsh and staccato compared to the rest of the instrumentation. You may want to try get them more like the ones in Vangelis' Chariots of a Fire, as an example.

Anyways great music, genuine Blade Runner vibes!

Very nice for a DJ, Just Kidding. I really enjoyed the piece and I loved the visual as the spacecraft adjusted its pitch. Maelstrom and Subtractor are both capable of some great 80s sounds too.
