SMFX Reverb is not meant to replace any existing Reverb plugin in your rack. But if you want to add a subtly pitched shifted space to some plucks, maybe give your pads a deeper more lush sound, or just add something weird to make a track stand out, this is a Reverb for you.

Trialing this, quite nice. Ducking feature is really good tho it would be nice to have a sidechain input from another sound.

Bought!

Just enough features to play around with. Happy too see I got a new reverb that can do the shimmer effect. I've already abused the shit out of Kuassas reverb for that purpose. Time to switch things up a bit.

Thanks man, spent way to long playing around with it in beta. Can't say to much, but the Reverb has a friend coming soon.

haven’t tried it, but I loved the effects in Solar or whatever it’s called now, so figured at $9, I’m pretty likely to be happy with the purchase. look forward to giving this a go in the morning. 😄

Tried SMFX out on a new short musical bit. Every sound uses the SMFX reverb.
Thought I might as well share it. View it as another demo.

gave this a bit of a play this morning. put some guitar through it and found some nice sounds. I only meant to try it out, but it ended up getting saved as a preset (something I almost never do), and into a new track I’m working on. nice work! :)

(I too would love to see it get a sidechain input for the duck—that could be super cool)

Glad you liked it.
It might turn into a full track. We'll see.

I've got 41 dollars to my name and still feel the urge to buy this :D For 9.00 I really can't help myself. Well, it's a nice effect and cozy GUI.

This RE made me dig out Animus.
Kind of liked this one for a tenner though.

Nice reverb plugin. The Drift feature reminds me of a Mr. Black guitar pedal called Supermoon. I wanted this for the pitch mod (shimmer) but it was a bit too subtle before, now with the 2x switch it's buy time :D

it’s great. so is Animus, but they’re super different. Animus is great if you’re feeling super tweaky—this one is awesome if you want to get some great sounds out of something that’s really easy to understand, but still very flexible.

Yeah. It’s ok. Easy to get results I guess.
I’m fine with Animus and Kuassa and a little modulation here and there. Guess it’s worth a tenner though.
