Nektar announces Aura controller

Back to the thread I've bought the nektar aura and intend to run it alongside my p1 they say the pads are among the best for finger drumming. I can see this becoming a major part of my reason workflow I mean plug it in hit 1 button and the sequencer is playing konghit 2 and thors banging out a bass at the same time I think Isle use the keystep to add a few Europe chords and hit loop!!!

Is the Aura controller compatible with Nektar Panorama Remote Maps?

How's it going with the Aura? Does it map well to the Redrum? I've been looking online for the Remote maps for the Aura to see how it maps to Redrum but there is nothing on Nektar's website.

Funny you should say that I've tried every drum combination except Redrum Isle give it a go.All the others work seamlessly there's a bit of a learning curve so Isle get back later.but so far you key in your notes while the sequencers running add sum variation over the the up to 4 part option,64 48 32 and16 steps ,and simply hit record and its Done! You have to make sure your at the same tempoas well as set up all the other adjustable paramaters but once you've got the hang of that it's sweet.
