Is there a way in Reason 11 to allow more than 1 device to be connected to MIDI clock sync? Is there a way in Ableton Live 10 or 11 to allow more than 1 device to be connected to MIDI clock sync?

Do you mean for external hardware?

I'm not a bot. External hardware, possibly. An example is lets say I own both the Akai MPD226 and the Akai MPK261, and I want both at the same time to be able to be connected via MIDI clock sync Output in Reason 11 Suite. Can this be done with more than one MIDI controller at the same time?
From my limited experience using midi clock through signals always have a bit of delay. I don't do external hardware but my brother does and it can be a pain in the ass without a dedicated clock.
Others might be able to help better or provide alternative advice but from what I've seen the easiest method uses a dedicated clock that each device connects to.
