I had 4 VSTs in there which have disappeared!!! Europa included!!!

That's unfortunate didn't we get that included for free with a major upgrade?

Still every single time I've used it it's crashed, so it's not a major loss apart from the principle, I don't know any other company that has removed a product from my account!

They’re probably going to give us Reason 12 rack VST for free as a gift to replace it .

Well if you paid for it then I would agree that it's not acceptable, have you contacted support?

personally I didn't, but including it was one of the incentives to buy/upgrade your license at the time. that's still inacceptable if you ask me.

Fair enough, I brought my upgrade for Reason and didn't actually try europa until it became a discontinued product and wasn't impressed by it at all as it just kept crashing. I was using it in Odesi as I couldn't / can't get RRP working. Still doesn't!

thanks for the link to the europa download page, but the thing is, europa vst needs a key and the key disappeared as well

I did come the conclusion that if this is not an error then it is unacceptable.
All VSTs seem to be gone from the Shop now so it may just be their system has taken all VSTs out of everything. I'm sure it'll get fixed if that's the case.

I'm guessing it might just be a bug involving that, because otherwise the tab would be gone right?

I looked a couple of days ago and they were there. I do agree with you that’s it’s probably just a bug related to VST removal from the Shop.
